Awnings

Awnings are an effective way to shade windows and doors from the sun, meet council BASIX requirements, and extend your outdoor living space. Most retractable styles can be motorised, with timer, sun and wind sensors available for independent operation.

Motorisation

Remote-controlled and app-connected motorisation is available across our awning, blind & shutter ranges – ideal for large openings, high windows and hard-to-reach skylights where manual operation isn't practical.

Shutters

Shutters are the perfect window treatment for any home, controlling how much light enters a room while maintaining view and privacy. All Shaderite shutters are custom made to fit most window shapes and sizes, including bay, angled and round windows, and can be incorporated into any interior or exterior design. Motorised options are available for hard-to-reach places such as skylights.

Aluminium Shutters – Tempered to Australian Standards, low maintenance and weather resistant, making them ideal for external use. Available in an 89mm louvre blade size, aluminium's light weight and rigidity allow for wider, taller panels than other materials, and can be powder coated to match any colour scheme. Available in bi-fold, sliding, fixed or hinged configurations.

Timber Shutters – Manufactured in Poplar hardwood, Basswood or Cedar, available in 64mm, 89mm and 115mm louvre blade sizes with flat or aerofoil blades. Choose from a range of standard paint and stained colours, with custom colour matching available. Available in bi-fold, sliding, fixed or hinged configurations, with custom-built pelmets on request.

Vinyl (Polyresin) Shutters – One of the most durable shutter options, guaranteed not to fade, peel or crack, and never needing painting. Moisture resistant, UV stabilised and fire retardant, they're ideal for wet areas like kitchens and bathrooms as well as windows, doors and outdoor entertaining areas. Available in 64mm, 89mm and 114mm louvre blade sizes in a choice of 4 colours, and easily removed for cleaning.
